One basic reaction...I really think we should go back to the old paradigm of...
Goal: e.g. Tracy wants an Apple. Situation: e.g. Tracy gets a banana. Feeling: e.g. Tracy feels happy. Explanation: e.g. Because she got attention from mommy.Please rate the believability of the Feeling and the Explanation taken together on a scale of 1 - 5.
...also, if we are to prove hypotheses scientifically, there should be reversed items in there (i.e. cases in which the feeling is opposite).
I could go on and on as to why we should do it that way but I'll stop now. Bill
