Yes. On mac we use command-C and command-V to copy and paste for mac-native programs but ctrl-C and ctrl-V for some non native programs. However, I was not able to get any keyboard combination working for copy-paste in bibledit, nor is the keyboard short cut listed in the menu (version 4.6 on older mac as). I don't know about version 4.7 yet as I am still unable to populate it with my backed up data.

By the way, I noticed that the keyboard is not the same as the Mac keyboard. So you use Ctrl-c to copy rather than command-c. And other keyboard layouts do not work. :( If anyone has any ideas for that, let me know.
