It's basically a combined spoon and fork that is pretty common at a lot 
of fast food restaurants (KFC, Taco Bell, etc). So that they don't have 
to give you both a spoon and a fork.

It was just a playful pun on the idea of fork, since that tends to have 
negative connotations.
