I suggest looking at RSS 1.0 (RDF Site Summary) instead.  RSS 2
(Really Simple Syndication) is not quite as useful because it insists
on being the root(?) namespace and a few other things.  Other emerging
standards like Friend Of A Friend (FOAF) and Description Of A Project
(DOAP) seem to play nicer with RDF than RSS-2.
