Hi,

What do you mean by 'user friendly'? Are you looking for an Integrated 
Development Environment?

I do all my programming with Text Pad (a shareware text editor) and compile 
and run Swarm files and programs from the Cygnus shell. You don't get 
anything slick (in contrast, a while ago I used a commercial agent 
simulation toolkit [OSim] that automatically generated C++ [the language of 
choice for that toolkit] files and so on). But, it's functional and you get 
to know Obj-C inside and out (since you're not 'insulated' from anything). 
That can be a downside in the short run but upside in the long run.
