Hi,
I am continuing my exploration of Swarm as a replacement for my
programs of industry evolutions in JAVA (with VisualCafe).
Following the answers to a preceding message of mine, I have
understood that the Java implementation of swarm is done through JNI
interface and a small experiment with Jheatbugs has showed that the
burden of Java can be very heavy: just compare the speed with the
objectiveC version of this application, the advantage of the ObjC
version is visible to naked eyes.
So I am now considering to committing to ObjC. And my question is:
Have you discovered a user-friendly (so, exit Emacs, for me)
development environment under windows that integrates nicely and
easily with ObjC syntax and cygnus compiler?
(I have already read the FAQ but have not seen anything really
usefull about this topic, the only credible alternative seems to be
Emacs but it is less than user friendly, at least for a stupid user,
with short memory, like me).
Best regards,
