Certainly.
Grab a compiler on Windows and try it (had I mentioned I have no
windows on my machines?)

Port from X to Nano-X should be easy.

SkyVideo has empty chapters in its docs on keyboard and mouse,
i.e. events are not yet done.

g2 only draws and knows of no events.

In comparison, plain framebuffer knows no events either, so same problem.

It'll need to be combined w/ input sources. G2 could be a good basic
library for framebuffers, so only device-dependent input needs to be
implemented for Ruby-Wise...

Note that framebuffer and drawing engines need a windowing mechanism,
too. X + WM otoh provides that nicely.
