    It depend if it s done deliberately or by laziness, ignorance or
    misinformation. Usually it s the later, so yes, it s not evil.

I agree that deliberately excluding handicapped users is nasty behavior.
If someone excludes them intentionally to save just a little work,
I could join you in rebuking that decision.

    No, and if it does we will take care of avoid misunderstandings and
    explain ourselves better. :)

I would be very glad if you did that, because then there would
be no disagreement between us and the FSF could promote your efforts.

The original source of my concern was Sam Thibault's talk last year.
What I heard at RMLL went in the same direction.  Both claimed
that a program that lacks accessibility is not free software.

If you'd like to change your web site to avoid this position,
please tell me when you'd like me to take a look again.
