I too think this might be a little short notice. However, it does make sense 
for Georg to come over at some point. I would suggest that initially Georg 
doesn't need to be present: we're primarily (AFAIK :) talking about a UK Free 
Software organisation, not a FSFE Chapter or Associate - so we're not relying 
on FSFE input (to the extent that we can do this with or without the FSFE).

However, we _would_ need FSFE input when attempting to become an Associate 
(which would/should probably be one of our aims), once such a UK Free 
Software organisation has been established for at least a month or two. At 
this point (this might even tie in with the next Expo) we should be looking 
at some kind of UKFS event, or at least participation in another event, and 
getting people in from overseas begins to make a bit more sense - we would 
have, as an organisation, a lot more credibility if we had actually been 
doing things. What do you think?
